Great location in the middle of the city. Rooms are large and up-to-date. OUTSTANDING!!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Housekeeping did not clean our room or change the towels/linen. They skipped our room entirely. The room had one little trash can which got full very quickly. The bathroom design is awkward with the faucet and shower head on opposite ends of the shower. The sliding door opens on one side which is where the toilet is. The bathroom has no fan and no trash can. The hotel staff seemed confused about parking arrangements with the garage and gave conflicting information. You should be prepared to pay for breakfast or any meal because they provide nothing. We asked for recommendations for restaurants around the area and the concierge handed us a map and walked away- we have smart phones with maps. The valet guys were great and the initial 2 ladies who checked us in ON 6/4/22 around 10AM were great. The location was great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean and check in was very easy. There was incredibly loud banging starting at 6 am and sounded under us - so would have been third floor. Maybe breakfast prep? Overall was a good stay. Would stay again.

It was a great choice for a quick business trip. It is easy to get to and to leave, so clean, updated perfectly, and offers a touch of luxury.

Very nice property. Courteous staff, clean facilities. Lots of food options within a very short walk and a beautiful view of the Mud Hens Stadium from our window.

Parking was expensive, but stay was worthwhile. We’re going to book our next trip to Toledo. 5 minutes from everything.

The property was very clean, the staff was very welcome and accommodating. The valet services were top notch

First off, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the entire building was clean. They offered valet services for $25, but you can self park in parking garage right around the corner that is attached to the hotel. We checked in late and there was no parking at the front of the hotel so we had to selfpark and then check in. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we didnt utilize it during our stay. The only problem we came across was the heating system would bang, every 4 minutes! My husband wear hearing aids so he could kind of ignore it. It would constantly wake me up as soon as I would drift off. Since he was sleeping and it was very late, after midnight, I didn't notify anyone until the morning when we checked out. I didn't fall asleep until 4 because of total exhaustion and woke around 6am with a bang. The front staff said they would have maintenance check it out. They stated no one else has ever complained about it. No adjus**ent to the bill was offered. If I do go back, I will not stay in room 1408! That was our only issue, the bed was comfortable and the view was great.

They were doing some construction in the lobby area, but every where else was wonderful. The valet parking ($25) was super convenient and easy to navigate!
