クオリティ イン & スイーツ テレル(Quality Inn and Suites Terrell)

Check in was fine. We got to the room and there were a couple of outlets that didn’t have covers, paint was pealing from the ceiling, and chips on the tiles. We had a jacuzzi room and 3 of the 6 jets didn’t work. I had to have maintenance come in and fix the toilet bc it took 20 mins to fill up the tank. Other than that, the bed was ok ( wasn’t the comfiest).

We have stayed all over Terrell and will definitely be back here its clearly not the newest property but it is exceptionally well maintained. I had no compliaint loved the space of the king suite. The beds were comfortable i do wish that the Pillows were a little firmer but that just my personal preference. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with just enough options for everyone.

Very clean and staff was friendly. Only problem was the noise from I-20 at night. If we stay there again we will ask for a room on the other side.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are looking for a super cheap stay and a hotel that matches the price it felt like one step up from a motel.

Staff was very friendly Rooms were clean and beds super comfortable! Quiet too! We had a pleasant stay for such an outdated hotel

We stayed 2 nights and it was very pleasant. There was a bit of noise but it did calm down.

I was very disappointed with this hotel and am wondering why it has an 8.0 rating on the ******* website? It is run down and badly I. Need of a total renovation. The Holiday Inn in Terrell has the same 8.0 rating so I was thinking that the Quality Inn would be comparable, it was not.

Upon approach, lacks landscaping. But the rooms are very nice and fully updated- hidden GEM!!!

Appearance shows an older hotel. Room has an outdated appearance as well BUT the bed was so comfortable & clean. Front desk clerk was so friendly. I would absolutely stay there again. It is next to the highway, so you occasionally hear the large trucks.
