My experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that "nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room", which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel.

very Centre location, and excellent services, best foods

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with great location. Spa is small but cozy. Really good restaurant with really delicious food.

Fantastic and very modern hotel in the very centre of Tartu. All the comfort you could wish for, including a small spa. I got a very nice room with view towards the green area behind the hotel. Great choice of tea and excellent coffee for breakfast.

Centrally located in a quiet area. Close to the town square. Really delicious breakfast and the best tea in town !!! Comfortable beds. There is a spa too. Boutique hotel so the service is very personalized. Defiantly recommend this hotel in this beautiful quaint town.

I really enjoyed the top quality, comfortable interior and quiet room. The location is just great - just behind the town hall and on the edge of Toome hill. I slept very well - the bed is very comfortable, good air and relaxing design. I very much enjoyed small little detailes - small handicraft marmelade, woolen plaid, comfortable chair etc. Breakfast was also high quality with wide selection.

Hotel is nice, we visited the spa and that was relaxing. Very good breakfast and location. Staff is friendly. Room was goos and as we had asked, we got two separate beds. If we come to Tartu again, we will reaerve the same hotel. I can recommend this hotel!

Lydia is everything I look for in a hotel. All services are smooth and seemingly invisible, amenities on a superb high level and super comfortable, location as central as one can dream in Tartu. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The staff is always friendly and efficient. Breakfast is plentiful and variety is great. The rooms are comfortable and I always get a good night’s sleep. The spa is relaxing and the gym is sufficiently equipped for a good workout. Would highly recommend this place!
