Very disappointing. Valet Parking Only. No Bell Services. Paid for a River view. They said they didn’t have any left. When we entered the room there the lights weren’t working. Had to have maintenance come up and fix it. Only one lamp in the living room part of the suite so very dark. Bathroom smelled as old mop. We left the same day we got there and when we told the front desk of the issues and that we wouldn’t be staying all they could say is that you will be charged for the night. Went to the front desk 3 separate times but nobody seemed to care what was going on. We were just so shocked that this is part of the Marriott chain. We have never had this type of situation before with a Marriott.
