希望攜程能真實呈現顧客的點評。對這家酒店的衞生我前面的點評是不及格的，但是被攜程篡改了。如果不是篡改，請問總評的3.5/5.0怎麼來的？這種酒店採購回收瓶罐的瓶裝水不用攜程來給它洗地吧？

I came for breakfast and staff treated me well specially sarina who take excellent care of needs from coffee to live dosa. She is so smart that she knows the coffee i need as per peace of tea cake was no my plate left. Quality of food and staff is 5/5

Very nice ambience, restaurant and pleasant stay with the great support and service by Mr.Gunanidhi & Ms TiKi Behra. Ms TiKi has provided best food as per my choice and with great hospitality. Mr.Gunanidhi and Ms Lucky has provided best front desk service.

Sarina service is excellent with co operative nature.all food is good quality and quantity. We will recommend to our family members to enjoy food as well as quality time spent here. Quantity is enough as well as deleious. Complementary desert is also good.

Sarina is fantastic . I liked her dedication. Very customer oriented. She is a person with smiling face. Kind in talking to people . I wish her good luck for her future. She makes people comfortable during their meal time and making sure everything survived well.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Good hotel - great staff. Sanjeev, Anil & Sarina were very helpful in the Banquet room - the staff is friendly and has been helpful. Only drawback was that the location is about 20mins from the Textile markets which was the primary reason for my visit.

It is nice location and good ambiance and service. Service given at rbg was good by Sanjeev and Sarina. It’s pure vegetarian restaurant with good spread. Rooms were nicely maintained. Fitness center is available at ground floor. Overall it’s good experience
