希望攜程能真實呈現顧客的點評。對這家酒店的衞生我前面的點評是不及格的，但是被攜程篡改了。如果不是篡改，請問總評的3.5/5.0怎麼來的？這種酒店採購回收瓶罐的瓶裝水不用攜程來給它洗地吧？

I came for breakfast and staff treated me well specially sarina who take excellent care of needs from coffee to live dosa. She is so smart that she knows the coffee i need as per peace of tea cake was no my plate left. Quality of food and staff is 5/5

Very nice ambience, restaurant and pleasant stay with the great support and service by Mr.Gunanidhi & Ms TiKi Behra. Ms TiKi has provided best food as per my choice and with great hospitality. Mr.Gunanidhi and Ms Lucky has provided best front desk service.

Overall experience was great ! The food had variety as well as taste , also would like to mention the staff was helpful & attentive behaviour. Specially Mr Ashish who helped from the booking till the payment ! Would love to visit again! The management was really appreciable! The surprise complimentary cake was a very sweet gesture. Our guest felt comfortable & enjoyed everything.

Excellence in Every Bite We visited for Sunday Brunch. Food, Quality and Services everything were excellent. Top Quality. Will visit again soon. Salad to Dessert, Pastas and Main Course everything made to the perfection. Staff is very good and supportive special thanks for chef parveen for amazing dosa and pasta and Ashish for service .

I would to appreciate mr.ashish and mr anil they were very cooperative and sweet towards customers and I really like the way that they went on each and every table and was asking the customer how’s their experience and god bless you see you super soon all the best for your future ahead ❤️

Very good hotel and I m very happy because in this hotel food service by GOVINDA is Outstanding .All staps are good and also this hotel is neat and clean. This property is excellent in almost all parameters. Easily noticeable from road. Rooms are spacious,well designed and maintained. Bathroom is clean and thoughtfully designed. All the toilet accessories were top notch. Beds are really comfortable and gives a very good night sleep. Breakfast spread was also good in variety and taste. All staff members were very courteous and ready to help. gym is also in good condition. Parking lot is huge. Lot of good points where you can take good photos for your beautiful stay. Towels,bed linens were spotless. For family stays the place is perfect and enjoyable. Thanks Ms. Lipika and Mr. Gobinda thanks again ...
