House keeping staff is very Good Specifically Mr Ajay Rawal and Rupai Very good cleaning and amenities in room Food Quality is also very Good It is very near to railway station and BusStand

The house keeping has been up to the mark and the room service staff has been the most courteous. Had a nice stay. Special thanks to Mr.Ajay Rawal and Mr. Rahul from Housekeeping team. The location is very prime with proximity to station and bus stand and with connectivity to other business locations. The morning breakfast items could be varied.

Excellent hotel for both business and tourist.Its centrally located near to railway station ,and bus Stop. Food is excellent and you must try their dinner buffet at the roof top restaurant. Housekeeping was promptly done with thorough cleaning . Job was well done thanks to mr.santosh bhatt , Ajay raval,Rupai and Bhatti which made my stay very comfortable .I stayed in room 902 for 4 days .once again thanks a lot to all lords Plaza staff.

While the rooms are dated, I have to commend the exceptional customer service of the hotel. I have been staying at this hotel consistently for the past 20 years because of the location and service. In particular, I want to thank Bharat, Hanna, Bhikan and Arjun for the incredible customer service. My laundry which had been inadvertently left during my last stay was carefully cleaned and kept for me and then delivered back to me during my next stay months later. I was astounded! Thank you team for remembering all of your customers and treating them so well!

Amazing experience with the hospitality. I would like to thank Mr. ***ilal Gujarati and Mr. Vipul for Their cooperation and assistance during the stay. Rooms size is appropriate and clean. The location of this hotel is prime and rooftop restaurant with light music doing addition to enhance the experience.

This hotel is at convienient location in the market and near to station.I am staying here since last week and I am enjoying my stay here. Special regard to ajay rawal, rupai and Rahul. Special thanks to Mr Bharat friend his caring nature. Would definetly suggest this hotel to everyone.

Absolutely professional staff behaviour and well organised experience, 5 mins away railway station, Special Thanks To Staff name Bharat Singh and Hanna, Vipul and Ajay Rawal as well Front office staff who all make sure my experience is top class without any hurdle, Rooms are very clean with great food and service

The hotel location is in the mid of market which ia very convenient. The food at the lime tree is veru tasty should try that. The staff here are very warm welcoming specially Mr pawan, bharat singh, ritesh and all from reception aslo. I would recommend this hotel to others also.

Property is very good and staff is also very polite and co operative. Specially Ajay Raval. Stay there for 2 days for a business tour. Property is near station infact its a walkable distance. Food was also very good. Buffet dinner and breakfast provided by in-house restaurant.
