Our musical adventure landed us in Spokane, with the magnificent Historic Davenport as our haven. My middle schooler and I were greeted by impeccable service, warmth radiating from every staff interaction. The hotel itself was a symphony of preserved grandeur, each corner boasting meticulous care and timeless elegance. Our room, a sanctuary of immaculate surfaces, unfolded with surprising spaciousness. The air resonated with the hotel's heritage, every detail oozing class – intricate moldings, antique furnishings. It was like stepping into a forgotten chapter, a storybook brought to life. A personal highlight was the second floor, where captivating framed photographs whispered tales of a bygone era. Then came the Grand Pennington Ballroom – a jaw-dropping masterpiece. Ornate ceilings, glittering chandeliers, and intricate tilework transported me to a Jaipur palace, leaving me awestruck and inspired. We embraced both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was a culinary concerto, each dish expertly composed and bursting with flavor. The ambiance, woven with history, undeniably added to the experience. However, the coffee bar struck a minor discordant note, offering only two types of pastries and suffering from sluggish service. This brief pause in the harmony wouldn't deter me, though. The Historic Davenport's spellbinding atmosphere, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities far outweighed any minor imperfections. We left with hearts brimming with wonder, memories

We weren't too excited about our first room because there was no fridge and a pair of socks and a shirt on the floor. They were so kind when we called and they moved us to a beautiful corner suite. I couldn't have asked for better service. You helped create beautiful memories for my family. Wonderful job guys!

Great location and beautiful hotel. Our room was large and very clean. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Lobby was pretty decorated for Christmas, live music was lovely, food at the lobby restaurant was good but pricy. Over all the hotel is not as sanitary as I wish it could be, carpets were not clean in the lobby maybe because it was winter not sure. The room was okay but the bathroom definitely needed some deep cleaning around sink and bathroom. Pool overcrowded and too noisy not worth going. Will we stay there again probably no.

We stayed over new years. Great staff and accommodations. Close to everything. There is train track's on the south side of the hotel. They are used all night every night and you can hear them well. I would definitely not stay again unless we were on the the opposite side.

Great hotel, luxurious, historic…everything you ask for except if you purchase the breakfast option, you still need to additionally make a “reservation” with the Palm Restaurant even if you already have a breakfast voucher.

Very beautiful property. We loved the Christmas vibe. I love that they don't put a ridiculous hold on your credit card like some places. My daughter suggests the option for a Christmas tree in individual rooms. Our room was spacious. We will definitely be back!

The property itself is wonderful. Very beautiful inside and out. The staff are professional and accommodating. Would stay again. If you’re not from Spokane, please note that walking anywhere feels unsafe. The homeless are everywhere and the town is very dirty.
