コートヤード・バイ・マリオット・スー・シティ・ダウンタウン / コンベンションセンター(Courtyard Sioux City Downtown/Convention Center)

Central location to the area we were visiting. New motel but very clean excellent services including bar. Great room layout and like the shower.

When we arrived they didn’t have the 2 queen beds that we had reserved so they “upgraded” us to an executive suite. We were traveling with 2 adults and 3 kids. The room included a king bed with a single pullout so our son was forced to sleep in a chair. This suite had a master light switch by the door which controlled the lights in the bedroom so in order to have the lights off in the bedroom the master switch had to be off. This meant when the kids got up to use the restroom at 4 am the lights had to turn on in your bedroom in order for them to use the bathroom light. Completely ridiculous. Then we had a rowdy group in the room above us and I gave them grace until 1 am at which time I called the front desk. Again at 1:45 called the front desk. Again at 3:30 am had to call the front desk because it literally sounded like bowling balls being dropped over top of us. Needless to say we got zero sleep between the lights going on and off as the restroom needed used, my son sleeping in a chair and the party above us. Do not recommend!

The overall property was nice but our room was pretty dirty. Clear hair ties all over the floor. Hair all over the clean towels and bedding. Blood/red drops staining the edge of the shower. Objects (pins, hair, bandaid) in the fold out bed. We were disappointed because the property was otherwise nice.

Very loud hotel. Multiple noise complaints. If you’re looking for a quiet night, this isn’t it. People stomping and up all night. Loud street noise. We almost drove home in the middle of the night.

The young lady on the front desk was very ignorant & could not be less interested after we missed our check in day, she refused to contact a manager & would not move our check in day forward by a day - awfull!

When we got there to check in our reservation that i had made months in advance had been cancelled due to them overbooking. They sent us to another hotel and eanted me to have the front desk call the marriott so they could work out a deal for us since they screwed up and that hotel was booked. Our show at started at 6 and we wasted all our time trying to get a place to stay that we didnt get to change or freshen up prior. And we never ended up with a room. It was supposed to be a fun get away for my husbamd and I as we never get away from our kids and it was a nigh**are because of the Marriott. We ended up just going home after the show and got home at 1 30 am. I was so unhappy. What makes it even worse I still havent been refunded for the room to my knowledge. I will never book a marriott again!

Pristine room and property, updated and modern. Only very minor inconvenience is the parking ramp if you have lots of luggage, but even then you can pull around to the door. Would definitely stay again if back in Sioux City.

The property is good but the parking is a little strange with a ramp behind but not connected to the hotel. Otherwise everything else was very nice.

Maizi gave excellent service at the hotel bar! Breakfast the next day was hot and fresh. Room was quiet and front desk was speedy with check in/ out
