ホテル 81 フジ(Hotel 81 Fuji)

床上、地板及牆壁超多螞蟻，真的是直接不知道應該如何睡了，不會再有下次來住的體驗了，希望你們能好好清掃乾淨，給之後的住客。

A fairly small room but it has what you need. Still uses traditional locks and keys - that was a surprise! Eating and drinking options nearby. I did need to as for the room to be cleaned. Not enough attention to detail - see photo.

room was okay when i first check in but when i went out for awhile to go and bought some food i came back i see ants everywhere , i called the reception and they said they willing to change our room and i feel so lucky they were so kind and helpfull when it comes to cleanliness ! the hotel is very comvenier near to shops and highway to so whoever went there with their own transport can go everywhere easily

Hotel 81 Fuji was located in a good area with lots of food very closeby. Not to mention the convenience stores right outside. However, the room was in bad shape. Dusty. Torn chair. Hard bed. Musty smelling toilet. Cockroach on the dresser. Service was fine and the staff was polite.

1. Small bugs(flies) in bath room and in bath towel 2. Bad smells 3. You can hear noisy sounds such as people's talking or noise of opposite room cleaning by an employee at 4:00 AM. I asked him to quit the cleaing work due to noise, but he ignored my request and just contiued the work. If you are a brave heart, please try this hotel.

Not satisfied with what I have paid for the room ,the air-conditioning noisy I cannot sleep well hope the management have to look in to the Aircon issues

Location of hotel is just beside a busy traffic light. Lobby area looked like it was newly renovated. Lady at the reception counter who checked my booking assumed the next customer checks in with me. Wasn't apologetic when I told her that my partner is otw. Room was ajar when I reached. Felt uneasy as I never encounter any hotel room to be ajar before I enter. Not sure if it's a practice at this hotel but other branches or even 3 stars and above hotels never has their empty room ajar. Anyway, I checked every corner of it to ensure nothing foreign installed. The room is considered spacious. However, the toilet tank seeemed to be in a sorry state. It looked broken. It would be better if they can change the whole toilet tank. If they can renovate the reception area, I don't see why they can't upgrade the toilet. Not much tv channels. Aircon seemed okay for about 30 minutes but it went to blinking report mode most of the time and I couldn't feel the coldness of the aircon. There was some wind coming out of the aircon but it was not cold wind. I remembered having beads of perspiration trickling down my back. We decided to just check out by evening instead of following day. Upon check out, the guy at the reception desk was busy with his phone. Placed the key on the desk. Only when I was about to exit the front door, then he asked if it was for check out.

Room was spacious and clean . Check in was fast. Location close to various famous eateries and near city. Recommended to come here again .

Bed was hard. There is only just 2 pillow and is too soft.
