The Shangri-La Singapore is located in a prime location in the city's business and social center. The hotel has 760 guestrooms and suites, all equipped with minibars, electronic safes, international direct dial phones and satellite TVs. There are also 127 luxuriously-appointed serviced apartments.

The hotel has six restaurants and bars, serving a wide selection of food and beverages including International, Cantonese, Mediterranean and Japanese.

In terms of meeting facilities, the hotel offers four collections of event venues totaling over 60,000 square feet. The Grand, Mezzanine, Valley and Garden Collections, each with their own distinctive ambience, can accommodate events ranging from board meetings for 12 to conferences for 1,500.

For recreation, there is a sauna and massage center, a tennis court, a squash court, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center.
