It Was not worthy of 100$ hotel .very small low amenities.its charge you 5 star rate but service you will get 2 star. I have to take my own bags in room. and provide products are not that standard.

New 5 star hotel in police Bazaar.

Our stay at the Courtyard Shillong was fantastic! The spacious and beautifully designed rooms provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury for our family. We especially enjoyed the delicious variety of dishes offered at the huge buffet for breakfast and dinner. The temperature-controlled pool and jacuzzi were delightful amenities, offering a relaxing retreat amidst the stunning landscape of the "Scotland of the East." The staff's humble and attentive service enhanced our experience, ensuring every moment was enjoyable. Overall, our stay at the Courtyard Shillong was truly memorable. From the luxurious accommodations to the excellent dining options and outstanding service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Shillong.

Am writing this review while staying on the hotel . Can one imagine if one has to listen to loud music from Pool party till 11 in the night . The hotel has a complete disregard for the guests in the hotel in their hunger to earn money . Complete disregard for sound pollution norms and complete callous attitude. I just can’t imagine a Marriott hotel having such scent disregard for guest norms . Not sure how they have got a license for global brand as Marriott.

I had a very comfortable stay for four days in first week of MAY2024. Staff is very courteous and helpful. I would like to mention excellent services rendred by Mr Purusottam and Ms Kelly from front desk. Food was delecious. Location of the hotel is good. Chandan from Breakfast and dinning section extnded us excellent srvices. But lounge services and menu needs improvement. Overall a nice property with excellnt facilities.

Great hotel. Wonderful staff. Very courteous and helpful. Chandan in the restaurant and Anukul in the bar are just too good. They make your stay more pleasurable. Food is out of the world. Breakfast is good and variety offered is great. Location is also good considering it's centrally placed in shillong. I hated coming to shillong but this stay has changed that perception and I will definitely revisit courtyard, may be very soon. Thanks courtyard for the great experience.

Had another gorgeous lunch celebrating Iyada's birthday. Service great as always, but point out for special mention Sashi and Holyland. Had the same food as last time, chicken tikka and dal makani. Beautiful. Setting very pleasant and ambience great.

This is the time i visit in shillong i just came for lunch but the spread buffet was very less but food was ok But your staff holyland is very excellent and very cooperative .and very helpful Good environment thanks for your kind n excellent service 😘😍
