JEN Shenzhen Qianhai by Shangri-La

I visited this hotel 3 times in half a year. Already in love with it. What you can expect is brand new, clean and gorgeous facilities. Staff are very kind and quite helpful and some speak English. Gym and pool are also spacious and ultra clean. Location is a bit distant from city centre, you may need to expect 10-20 minutes to get to Nanshan attraction spots by taxi. 10 minutes walk to a modern shopping mall in Qianhai. It is located in a newly developed office areas and surroundings are modern and quiet. And buffet style breakfast was both western and Chinese. It was tasty. Overall experience was super! I do highly recommend this hotel for a staycation hideout. One of the best choices in Shenzhen.

The booking said check in time was 2:00 pm I arrived around 3:00 but my room was not ready to check in until 5:00 pm I don’t think i’ve ever experienced this in my life… Anyways, they offered me to use the gym facilities while we wait which was nice the manager Franco was very kind and attentive as it is easy to get lost if it’s your first time. The room is spacious and clean even during holidays there is a lot construction going on so be aware of that since the area is quite new. The amenities you have to call reception, had to ask for toothbrushes the conditioner in the shower was pretty much empty. Speaking of construction the outdoor pool is not finished yet, the indoor pool loung chairs are very limited but very comfy. Breakfast service was nice but is quite narrow the space between food and tables so many children are running around the buffet. Overall 3.5/5

A new high-tech hotel in Shen Zhen with excellent customer service👍🏼 Highly recommend the beer bar on ground floor, offering a diverse selection of craft beers🍻 Worth to try their gym room and swimming pool as well:)

Very modern hotel, clean and well equipped rooms. The breakfast offer a lot of choice, very good. All is new around so still have some construction but the view from the room at high floor is nice

Location is convenient. Free coffee , staff is nice and polite. Bar is a good place for gathering . Hotel facilities is really recommended.

The hotel is still new but I can tell very soon it will be 4 Star hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable. I loved our view and the stuff members are great. Thank you Jen will come again.

We’re having an excellent experience at JEN Hotel! Initially planning to stay for just one night, we enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to extend our stay not once, but twice. The hotel's spotless cleanliness, exceptional service, and friendly staff made our visit truly memorable. Special shoutouts to Jenny and her team for delicious breakfasts and care, and to the personal at the lobby like Morin, Brier for their warm hospitality. We'll definitely be back! 🙂
