このホテルで一番素晴らしかったのは素敵なスタッフでした！このホテルで働く素敵な人たちとおしゃべりするのはとても楽しかったです。彼らはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。彼らは私の経験を素晴らしいものにしました。部屋に関しては、大丈夫でした。装飾は素晴らしく、シャングリラをテーマにしています。固いベッドで寝るのに苦労しましたが、固いベッドを好む人もいます。私はバスルームに満足していませんでした。トイレとシャワーの間にスペースがほとんどなかったので、トイレを適切に使用できませんでした（これはいくつかの部屋でのみ問題のようでした）。でも一番苦労したのは、バスルームから出る不快な臭いでした。そこに入るのは難しかった。そして、匂いがとても強かったので、部屋がいっぱいになり、他の人がそれに気づきました。モダンな快適さなしで生活することを気にしないのであれば、それは興味深い経験でした。

The location is very convenient and the whole place looks like an old Tibetan inn. The employees were very friendly and helped us. The room was spacious and traditional. However the reason I won’t give it a 5 star review is because it wasn’t clean enough and the shower door was broken, resulting in a lot of water going out of the shower. I think for the price it ought to be a bit cleaner and well maintained .

Great stay, nice local style. Spacious room and clean. Right downtown old town, close all the great food and commercial area. Service upon check-in and check-out was good.

Great location, friendly staff and beautiful room. The bathroom was really clean but I’m pretty sure the bed had bedbugs which was a bit grim. Overall pretty good though!

We loved the Tibetan immersion. From the entrance / restaurant / large room! Location was good enough to explore landmarks in the area and is only 10-15 mins Didi ride to the famous monastery as well as Napa Sea. The manager was very helpful and attentive, allowed us to wash and dry our hiking gear. Very “Home” style. The round bed was a little small (so if you’re like me 6’3, you’ll have to sleep literally in the middle or side on). The power also kept resetting after midnight / early morning which was weird but probably for saving power. But for the price and space / traditional top furniture, bathroom heaters etc, definitely 100% recommended and well worth it. We were out most of the time and checked out at 7:30am so didn’t need a view / breakfast etc

I was very happy with the room, the view, the great service and the location. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore the old town. Room is very nicely furnished.

This was a great little inn right in the ancient town. Room was big enough and had a nice shower. Bed was soft. We could walk everywhere in the old town. The hotel also arranged our car to take us to the Tiger Leaping Gorge and continue to Lijiang. They had a made-to-order breakfast for free. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay ! The hotel has an amazing traditional architecture and decoration what makes your experience more profound. The staff is very nice and they help us with everything we needed. The room was very comfortable and also very well designed. The location is great! You can move by foot everywhere in the old town. The breakfast was not very good maybe they can improve that. I fully recommend it!
