Paula, at customer service front desk - assisted us when checking out and was very apologetic about the noise disruptions that went on for several hours 7 pm -11:pm . Children seem to be running, unaccompanied throughout the hotel, down the hallways and stairways, causing vibrations in our hotel room, where we were unable to sleep. We requested a refund or appropriate compensation and we’re informed that since we paid and booked through ******* that was not an option, but up to ******* to refund . We were also informed by the hotel staff there have been multiple complaints regarding the noise and behavior of the children’s/students volleyball team and their parents that were staying at this hotel.. The parents were equally as loud as the children, inconsiderate of other guests.
