シャトー アルノー(Chateau Arnaud)

Relative to other properties in the area, it's newer and fine. Their "included" breakfast is simply awful, set in the dark basement, the selection is very limited and products very poor quality. Most restaurants or Hotels in Quebec are proud of their fresh pastries and quality.....they would be better off NOT offering.

Good overall room with great service. Price was very good compare to other hotels

It was incredibly hard to find a parking spot, but other than that we had an amazing stay.

It's just ok for this price. No extra accessories in the bathroom. No articular miror, no iron.

The corner suite on the 4th floor was amazing. Separate bedroom. It was like a mini apartment with 4 windows all with water view. Would definitely stay again and highly reccomend this property.

Love the ocean view. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great with lots of choice.

It is not old building but it still have carpet in many places, unfortunately.

Had 2 flights cancelled by Air Canada on back to back nights, preventing me from getting to Sept-Iles and the hotel refuses to provide any refunds. Charged me for 3 nights when I couldn’t get to the hotel to use a room. I called both nights to let them know my situation and that I just wasn’t bailing on my reservation and yet they still didn’t take anything into consideration.

The A/C wasn’t working during our stay. We notice the problem in our first room and reported it. They offered a new room which we appreciated, the other room had the same problem. The next day an A/C repair truck was on-site all day, but the A/C still wasn’t working when we left. It happens to be hot days while we were there and the A/C would have been appreciated during the nights. Keep the windows open was to noisy for us.
