シグニエルで嫌な思いをしたが、再チャレンジとの事で利用。
１日目に通常のダブルの部屋を利用したが、お風呂の狭さに驚愕したのでスイートに変更してもらうよう願い出たが、ネットの方が安いだのなんだの、、、
結局追加料金に納得できず、ネットで２日目の予約を取り部屋移動。
正直ロッテホテルはもうゴリゴリです。
タオルも一枚づつ。
水捌けは悪い。
特別いい点がない。
以上。
次は違うホテルにします。

Отель очень понравился, красивый, стильный, все в нем продумано. Завтраки великолепные, самые лучшие. На последнем этаже - китайский ресторан, где очень вкусно и прекрасный вид 😍 Мы были с ребенком и для детей все также удобно и продумано. Ходили в Дисней ленд, от отеля билеты получаются дешевле, что тоже приятно.

다만 조금 불펀했던점이 있다면,
1. 조식을 웨이팅해야했다는점(주말이라 그랫을까요ㅠ)

Reason to stay here is because it is next to Lotte World Park! Nice stay, clean and luxurious environment. Good shopping nearby too. Didn't take airport bus downstairs since we have much luggages and it cost about same with cab at around SGD60.

I tried to call front desk for more blankets, they just didn’t answer. They are too busy with their own customers like for weddings or whatever… you can’t control your room temperature. I was freezing every night.

클럽라운지 포함된 객실이라 28층에서 한번에 체크인 가능했습니다! 애프터눈티 + 해피아워 + 조식 모두 라운지에서 먹었어요! 해피아워는 라세느 뷔페에 뒤지지않는다고 들었는데 양갈비와 랍스터까지 무료로 제공돼서 배터지게먹고왔습니다!! 석식이라고 봐고 무방했어요~ 술 종류도 많고 칵테일이나 위스키 레시피도 있어서 만들어 먹는 재미가 있었습니당
평일엔 무료발렛도 가능하더라구요 야무지게 이용하고왔어요
수영장과 헬스 시설도 깨끗해서 즐기기 좋았습니다

모든면에서 만족할만한 조건을 갖춘 곳이라 매우 좋았으나. 수영장은 다른 5성급 호텔에 비해 좀 아쉬웠습니다
(물놀이용이 아닌 수영 능숙자용=체육관 느낌, 자쿠지 없음)
더욱이 유아풀은 미개방 상태라 어린자녀와의 호캉스로는 적당하지 않았습니다 롯데월드나 키자니아 방문시에는 잇점이 있을 듯 합니다
