Pro: you can experience the traditional hanok
Cons: dirty, smelly cause the toilet in your room is dirty, noisy, EXPENSIVE (I paid 170 usd per night) and it was a horrible experience.
I wont stay here if I were you.

Pros: Good if you want to experience a local homestay. Close proximity to Changdeokgung and Hanbok rentals. Close proximity to several Hanok villages. Food is better and more affordable. The elderly lady prepared simple Korean breakfast both mornings for us. Toilet is ensuite. Cons: No one was around to receive us. Our driver helped us contact the host who then appeared. The neighbourhood is indeed local and not much English menu. Hard to find even for locals. Cab Drivers are reluctant to drive into the narrow alleys. We had to drop off by the main road and walk in and dragged our luggage out to hail a cab. Can hear conversations from the room beside us. This is not my first Hanok stay and I can say there are better value ones around.
