オーシャン ゲートウェイ イン(Ocean Gateway Inn)

I like the welcoming greeting, it's quite but needs some upgrades to make it easier for disabled people that can't walk stairs.

We found the hotel with a good presentation but when we entered the room they had cockroaches running around the room and we decided better to retire

Front desk person was friendly and efficient. Room smelled awful and we traced the stinky sour bile smell to an area on the bedspread. Removed spread and asked front desk to take it out of the room, but not before the stench had got onto my husband’s clothes that he had to wear to an event. When we returned after the event the smell lingered in the room and it was difficult to sleep. Also the headboard of the bed had two big areas sticky to the touch where we assume many peoples’ heads had been. One of the grossest motel rooms we’ve ever experienced.

The neighbors on the right side of me have been yelling in arguing from 7am and still going at it 3 hours later it’s terrible I was planning to sleep in

No hot water in shower; unclean

The person that checked us in & out were very nice. The issue was the room was stinky, like wet muggy modley carpet smell. Carpet was dirty.

Maria was very helpful and friendly as was William. Kudos to these two for excellent customer service and over top hpfulness

AWFUL customer service!!! Don’t waste your money on this place! Front desk was extremely rude! We weren’t greeted when we arrived. The lady at the front desk was then very rude because I arrived 20 min early for my check in time. So I waited patiently. Then when it was time to check in she continued to be rude. I talked with other guest and they all had a similar experience. I regret staying here. I would of left but it was thanksgiving night and there was no other place to stay!!
