ホテルギャレット(Hotel Garrett)

A great hotel for people visiting the Moscone Convention Centre. My room was clean, large, with regular room service/cleans. The guest lobby had good guests in and the reception team were super friendly. My only slight criticism is please charge $15-$20 more and do a better breakfast for guests. For diabetics the sweet pastries werent really eatable and one apple or orange isnt enough. Im 99% sure your guests wont mind paying the extra if you do a proper breakfast. Thank you.

It was great experience with proper facilities for everything......Loved it so much the staff is very supportive and all the facilities available was luxurious.... Really it was 10/10 experience for me nd my wife .. She felt amazing ......

Room is clean and services are good. 10 minutes walking distance to Moscone Convention Center. Target, with food court, near Convention Center with lots of good quality restaurants around this region. Complimentary breakfast and heated swimming pool. Courteous staffs, polite and very helpful. I highly recommend Hotel Garrett based upon my stay in this hotel.

This property is a convenient walk to Union Square, Moscone Center and the Mission Bay area. It has been recently remodeled and offers basic amenities, including coffee in the lobby in the morning. The staff were professional and helpful. Several items did not work well upon arrival, including the phone, the central heating system and the coffee maker in the room. We received a space heater to help until the central heat came on, but it stopped working after use. This space heater was replaced by a second that worked well. The coffee maker was also replaced. We were able to use the fitness center in the sister property across the street, which I appreciated. The security guards outside the property helped to make the area around the hotel feel safe.

Property was great and room and hotel were clean and tidy but prepare for $70 parking overnight and some homeless outside property block, nobody will really mess with you but they are around so be aware for yourself and vehicle. Can't beat the price though.

Really nice hotel. The area around the hotel was not the safest. A lot of homeless people. They had a security guard in the parking lot 24/7 so atleast we knew the. At was safe. Other than that we really like the hotel and the staff.

Hotel Garrett is renovated and the place is clean, comfortable and in good condition. An exception that justify not giving 5 stars is the elevator, that was working quite randomly and was out of order on 3 of the 8 nights I spent there. The staff is kind and accommodated my needs when I asked for a table to work on my laptop. The area, where many homeless people stay, may not be easy for some - but in general I found it improving. All in all a good address considering the price of other hotels at a walking distance of the Moscone Conference Center.

Carlos was at the front desk and gave great customer service. Driving into the parking lot looked a little suspicious, but there was security and they provide 24 hours security in the parking lot. They also close the parking lot at 10pm but you can still get in and out of the lot. The room overall was okay and the bed was comfortable.

It was everything you'd ever need in a hotel, especially at its price point. I booked a room for my friends and me, 4 people total, and got a 2 queen bed room for around $130. It was only a few blocks from Union Square, and the parking was really easy. The room was also really clean and spacious. It wasn't just 2 beds cramped in a small room. Plenty of walking and chilling space. Overall, a fantastic hotel, and everything my friends and I needed to have a fun trip to San Francisco!
