Enjoyed our overall stay at hotel.from warm welcome to room comfort to dinning experience (in reasonable price)to serenity of environment,to story telling gardens and wazir house ,to leisure activities, everything is a lifetime experience for me.

Serena Swat is a little paradise where heritage and architecture is maintained since the 1930s. You don’t feel like leaving the property. We booked the Royal Heritage Suite which was extremely spacious and well maintained. It was raining all the days we were there but that’s normal for Swat. Special callout to Shahab (Duty Manager) for taking care of us from day 1. Don’t expect great food but 10/10 for service and can-do attitude from all staff members. Will definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, highlighted by the exceptional service from the staff, who are well-mannered, trained, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. A memorable moment was when a confusion in my room booking arose, and the manager graciously offered me a luxurious room at the same rate. This gesture exemplified their dedication to guest comfort. The manager even took the time to show me all available rooms, allowing me to choose my preference. Such commitment from the management and staff truly made my stay remarkable and appreciated.

Its your perfect vacation resort if you intend to explore SWAT or want to experience the hill station at Malam Jabba. It offers you good value for your money with nice accommodation and a very hospitable staff, who will make your stay a memorable one.

Beautiful rooms in a former palace. The grounds and buildings are lovely. The service is very good. The breakfast buffet is not as good as similar hotels in larger cities, but still very good. The a la carte menu is better than the evening dinner buffet. Over all, a great experience.

Really scenic place having historic significance as well. nice ambient staff. Kids also had fun on the swings, and with the carem near swimming pool. Wonderful experience. Good restaurant. Nice breakfast

A very nice place to relax in Swat. Facilities and staff are exceptional. Room is big and clean. WiFi speed is really good and uninterrupted. Property is big so can relax and have a wonderful time with family and friends.
