I was severely injured in a work place accident in 1999, which has left me in a wheel chair. I accept that when I roll in to a hotel 9 times out of 10 I know the poor receptionist has a mini heart attack when they see me! Not Raquel, she was great, she treated me as if I was the same as any able bodied guest, she walked me (figuratively) though where the fire exits were, and the process in the event of any sort of fire. I am extremely grateful to any person that treats me in such a way. I am happy to say the staff at this location go above and beyond what I expected without speaking slowly and raising their voice, which is often something I have come to expect!
