This is exactly what you would expect. Its a perfectly average hotel - kept clean and with friendly staff. Bed was average but not uncomfortable. It was very nice to have a pool and hot tub to use. Very reasonably priced.

No problems no complaints. Clean room. Close to the lines nursing home. Can walk to steakhouse from retastaurant. They have a small continental breakfast, I suggest going early. They weren’t replenishing food unfortunately.

Our room was not very clean and smelled very bad. The bed matress were not confortable and needed to be change. It is overpriced for the quality of the environnement The breakfast was good with variety

Great basic hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms come with microwave, which was a big plus, and a TV with a nice selection of Cable TV. Beds were immensely comfortable, some of the most comfortable Ive stayed in in a long time. And the shower was fantastic, with grest water preassure and temperature. Room had its own AC/heatin wall unit, so we could set the temperature we wanted, which was nice as well. Overall, a fantastic hotel. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay for a couple of nights.

we loved the pool and warm tub option, but they do not provide cleaning services. we have to leave the garbage and towels outside our rooms daily. we loved the daily breakfast that is included in our stay. the beds were very comfortable and rooms are clean. overall a good option in rutland.

Okay it's not a "Four Seasons" kind of a 5 star hotel rating, but it's probably the best "budget" hotel I've stayed in. Comfortable rooms, very well maintained, clean, above-average breakfast spread... Who could ask for more? Excellent value overall.

Great location, walking distance to 5 places to eat and play. Pool and hot tub were excellent

Nice rooms for the price. Seems like there may have been relatively recent upgrades.

Overall was a great stay! Bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious, and the room seemed pretty clean. The only downside was noisy guests at all hours on our floor. But that’s a reflection on the guests- not the hotel :). Would definitely stay again!
