Dear Comfort Inn & Suites Ruston Team,
Thank you for reaching out and for giving me the opportunity to share feedback about my recent stay. I appreciate your commitment to continually improving guest experiences.
Unfortunately, my stay was not as seamless as I had hoped. One significant challenge was the lack of accessibility for a wheelchair, coupled with no convenient access to the restroom. This posed a significant inconvenience for us during our stay.
Additionally, the room we stayed in had an excessive amount of furniture, making it feel cramped and limiting mobility, especially with a wheelchair. This impacted the overall comfort and functionality of the room.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but I believe addressing these issues will significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful in identifying areas that may need attention and improvement.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future.
Best regards,
Jonathan
