Absolutely loved our stay there, would definitely go again. Food was pricey but lovely nonetheless. Location is ok but access to people going my foot could be easier, and prices could definitely be lower, but overall a great experience still.

窗外風景很好，房間內設施也沒得説，就是一樓的spa要預約有點麻煩，住店期間都很滿意，就是前台辦事效率有點低，而且離店後莫名其妙扣了我兩筆四百多英鎊，打酒店電話還沒人接，讓客服幫我聯繫之後説是他們搞錯了，挺離譜的。

A very nice hotel in prime position for the O2. The room was lovely with some nice touches such as independently controlled speaker in the bathroom so you could stream music via TV. One observation would be the mini bar… ludicrously expensive and sensor controlled! £4 for a Kit Kat, and from memory over £6 for a snack pot of Pringles, I totally get the “convenience“ but this in my mind let the stay down a bit. Do not remove anything from it even to look as you will be charged

The room is average clean and the location is very close to O2. I think 1 bedroom suite is nice for family stay because it is much larger than normal bedroom size. The staff is ok not extremely warm and nice. I think I will try different hotel when I visit the London next time.

We stayed so that we could watch the boxing at the 02 Arena - Location is absolutely perfect. The view from the room was excellent. The breakfast was also very nice. That is as far as the positive comments go, the room was average and no different to stopping in a premier inn except for the bed is a lot comfier in a premier inn. The bed really let my stay down as I didn’t sleep at all well throughout the night as the bed was like sleeping on concrete. We were overcharged on checkout for the minibar, which was only discovered after 3 or 4 requests for a copy of the receipt. I have now notified them of the overcharge but I don’t expect they will respond. On first look the looked ok, but for a £436 pound room I would expect this to be clean and not worn. It was definitely tired and had an old musty smell to the room. For a first time stay, we were disappointed and expected more from a hotel of its stature. The sheer fact we had an amazing night of boxing and staying there took out a lot of stress with travel etc I assume the cost is based on location. I am not sure we would stay again.

Really terrible customer service, and a policy that actively prefers that you go and spread Covid to their staff and guests. My mother and I both tested positive for Covid-19 the day before the trip. We phoned the hotel on the Friday morning to see if it would be possible to change the date because we were schedule to stay on the Saturday night, and they said that they should be able to help "as it's Covid" but that the change request had to come through Trip.com. We made the request through Trip.com in plenty of time but didn't receive a response from the hotel until Monday morning, at which point they said that we hadn't notified them and they'd held the room for us and turned other people away, so they were unable to accommodate our change request. They also added that, per UK Government policy, we were free to enjoy our leisure activities. So they would actually prefer that guests attend the hotel and use the facilities with Covid than offer alternative dates. They misled us about the help they might be able to offer, left it too late to respond so that we were unable to even offer the room to friends, accused us of not letting them know when we did so by multiple channels in plenty of time, and have a policy that actively encourages people to go and spread potentially severe illness and prolong a pandemic. 0/10 would not recommend.
