It’s hard to get to hotel but I can tell it’s a fault of Trip.com because the hotel sent email with all details but I never had it and we should call to hotel in front of the entrance door to get to the room Everything else is good for that price

Objection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

There was no front desk in the hotel but I received instruction on access to the building and room 1 day prior to arrival. It was confused but managed to get into the building. However they provided a wrong room number in the whatsapp, so I still needed to call them and clarify. Generally, cleanliness was okay, but the room was very old. No hair dryer or iron provided and the TV did not work. The room is smaller than I expected but I guess this is the general condition in Rome.

Very preety guesthouse near all the tourist attractions Down a small side street Very secure building with coded doors and locks only given to guests once documentation for check in was given Sadly our check in was delayed as the email containing our documents wasn't received despite sending to the email address provided. After a phone call to the host and a WhatsApp message, we were given all the information and were able to locate the accommodation We were on the 4th floor and given clear instructions on the lift,keys, etc. We were in Rome for 2 nights, and this was a perfect location to venture out and about and explore.

Such a great place tight in the middle of it all but quiet and great views!! We would definitely stay here again. The check in was a little awkward but after we got the hang of it it was fine. The ability to leave our luggage before check in was a huge plus. The balcony was nice and the place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. All and all it was a great stay!!

It was perfect for our 3 night trip. Great location, great air con, really comfortable bed, refreshed everyday. The bathroom was a little tight but to be expected in an older building. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with a small lift which takes you to the most part to the apartment. Given the age of the building some weird things did happen - no hot water one morning and power outlets randomly not working. Not withstanding this I would stay there again!

Overall solid 4 out of 5. There were some early communication mishaps but that can happen with a language / email writing and reading difference. The how & when to check in needs a little smoothing out/consistency. The upper suite entry code was relayed via email, but the code number was incorrect so we couldn’t enter the building. Luckily a friendly resident headed out stopped to help. After sharing the email showing the wrong code was provided they shared the correct code & from then on smooth sailing. Lesson Learned: get on What’s App - connect with Upper Suites (type in their phone number) and use What’s App to communicate more quickly. Had we setup Whats App the code issue would have been resolved in minutes and not required the help of outsiders. I would use them again, good location, clean and comfortable after a hot day.

Nice room in the city centre within walking distance to everything we wanted to see/visit. There was no reception but we got clear instructions on how to enter the building and room. Thank you for the stay!
