I had booked 2 rooms for my parents and relatives for my wedding but on the day of check in, they were told that one of the rooms that we paid for was not available as someone, that was not part of our party, had already checked in and only one of the room was unavailable. They weren’t able to do a refund as it was booked via ******* but made them jump through hoops to rectify the situation between ******* and the hotel. My relatives had to deal with the hotel causing my parents and relatives to be extremely late to my reception and deviating from their original plans.The hotel eventually called to say that it was misunderstanding, but at that point, the huge inconvenience had already costed us lost time and opportunities during our wedding. It was extremely disappointing
