很一般，住的二樓什麼都看不到，有問前台可不可以換到高的樓層，她們就是敷衍了事，然後真實的房間和他的圖片不一樣！ 房間太垃圾了都忘記照相了

The Olympic palace on first impressions is beautiful, the furnishings and decor are great and our room was great with amazing views. We booked all inclusive and we were very disappointed with the level of service. Simple things like no one coming round to get you drinks on your sun bed and when you do go to the bar things like a mojito and Mythos beer which is local are all extra chargeable to your room. You have to queue at the pool bar and then no one comes round to clear your empty cups. We took our daughter to play the crazy golf which again was extra at €19 but why when you’re all inclusive? It just doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Good points are that the poolside greek restaurant is great along with the La Tonda Italian. You can book 2 speciality restaurants with the option of Mediterranean, Italian and Mexican. We did the Mediterranean and Italian. The Italian like I said was great but the Mediterranean was very average. Now here’s my main faults with this hotel, the lunchtime poolside buffet restaurant is very poor standard and the main buffet restaurant is average at best. The main restaurant food is equivalent to 3 star hotel all inclusive, they don’t have live cooking stations which results in cold food and for breakfast they have 1 person with a small pan making 1 egg omelettes which are not worth the lengthy wait. Also the rooftop is lovely BUT it’s small for the size of the hotel and tonight we were waiting over 35 mins for our drinks and just gave in and walked away. The queue at the bar was very long with only 2 bar staff making drinks. The rooftop bar is the main bar in the hotel and cannot cope with the volume of guests. People were getting very very frustrated queuing and waiting forever for their drinks. This is not acceptable when you pay a lot money for the hotel and upgrade to all inclusive but you struggle to get drinks when you want them and like I say apart from the poolside greek and Italian the standard of food is poor. Would i book here again? No. I am writing review whilst still at the hotel and we have 2 days left and we are feeling frustrated. Also luckily we ate at a speciality restaurant tonight as the queue for the main buffet restaurant was huge!

Just back from this wonderful hotel in Rhodes. The service from everyone is first class. Food is excellent as is the accommodation. The Pink Wave Team led by Michael caters for all ages. They are full of enthusiasm, energy, personality and friendliness. They never seem to stop!!

Great hotel and wonderful staff Beds were so comfortable and got a great sleep every single night! Food was okay and service was a tiny bit behind would can be frustrating when you want a hot drink first thing at breakfast Negative note, the toilets and showers all had frosted glass so you could see people going to the toilet and showering which was uncomfortable. Don’t understand that design point as everyone could see pretty much everything! Friendly staff, clean hotel and amazing entertainment and entertainment reps were amazing!

Upon arrival I received a very warm welcome from the reception staff, check in was very quick but informative. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my room had been upgraded to a sea view balcony room, it was very clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my holiday. The Hotel was definitely 5 star, it was so clean throughout, the gardens, pools and bar areas were all spotless. The main restaurant was the only one I used during my stay, there was plenty of choice, even for the most picky of eaters. The only downside was the food temperature, I never had any food that was served hot. No matter what time I went, everything was lukewarm which was very disappointing. Also the choice of desserts were very poor. The rooftop bar was amazing, and a lovely place to sit after evening meals to drink and watch the sunset. I want to mention Esmeralda in the rooftop bar, Sam and the guy at the pool bar, all 3 were very friendly, professional and a credit to your hotel. I would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone visiting lalysos.

Once again visited the Olympic Palace. This was my 14th visit and again I wasn't disappointed. There are improvements year after year. We had a sea view room which was lovely. Everything is kept so clean and the grounds are beautiful. Very easy to get a bus or taxi into the old town. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Olympic Palace and I hope to be back in the future.

We stayed here when we came to Rhodes for our wedding with a large party. From children to grandparents, everyone had a great time. Our room was great with lots of space, so much choice for food and the drinks were also good. Sam at the bar made a huge impression on us all. She genuinely cared about everyone, took time to speak to us all and makes a great cocktail! She remembered everyone’s names, the date of our wedding and wanted to see pictures & videos of our big day. She is a credit to the hotel and just went above and beyond.

This hotel is amazing, would highly recommend. All staff were accommodating throughout. Sam on the bar is so lovely and brings a brilliant energy to the hotel. Lots of food choice both at breakfast and evening meal. Pool side is lovely, was never too busy or crowded. Hotel beach is a nice added touch making it easy to get a sunbed there too. Would definitely stay again!
