Great service rooms etc. Lucas at the beach was exceptionally kind and friendly too always happy to chat and spend time with guests. The hotel met my accommodations (no alcohol) and were very sweet. All staff extremely friendly and spoke many languages. Highly recommend for someone looking for a great vacation and not wanting to spend extreme amounts of money.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful, we had a really fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept with lovely gardens surrounding the pools. However it’s the staff that really make this resort special - nothing is too much trouble and they are delighted to help. For me and my family it was Ian the entertainment guy that made our stay extra special. His enthusiasm, friendliness and energy made our stay even more enjoyable. From Aqua fitness , yoga and table tennis he was an exceptionally talented member of the entertainments team.

Although I only visited this Hotel last September, I have returned to my favourite place and have already booked again for next year! Once again, the Atrium Palace Hotel did not disappoint. On my first morning down to breakfast, I was greeted like a long lost friend with warm hugs and kisses from everyone as they do not forget who you are. A special mention to Pari who served me breakfast every day. What a lovely lady she is, taking care of your every need with nothing too much trouble for her. Natalia was usually at the entrance with her beautiful smile and showed you to your table. The other gentlemen working with her were also so very welcoming but I did not catch their names. As I like to totally relax and sunbathe on holiday, the hotel is perfect for that as it is on the beach and has a number of pool areas. There were always plenty of sun beds available and I noticed this year that they have some very very comfortable new ones. This is not a sight seeing trip for me but you can easily catch a bus into Rhodes Town or Lindos directly outside of the hotel. The hotel is quiet, which again, is perfect for me. I used the spa facilities and had an amazing facial from Irene, and I participated in some stretching classes and aqua fit classes which were ran by Ian. Ian was perfect for the job, so friendly and not pushy at all as he went about encouraging people to join in. His colleague Faro was also a lovely person. From the housekeeping staff to the maintenance team, and everyone in between, they are all working very hard to make sure you are enjoying your stay and they all have a smile on their face. Lastly but not least, a big thank you to Apostolos the Hotel Manager who went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after.

This hotel offered me everything I was looking for in a holiday break. The beds, pillows, and bed linen were extremely comfortable, rooms were spotless and the housekeeping staff were efficient and attentive. The food and bar service were excellent particularly Rena who really looked after us. I had an wonderful facial trea**ent in the spa with Despina. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We were there for two days and could have stayed for many more! Great hotel with beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, fab pool areas and fantastic food (we were half board). The staff couldn't have been more helpful (their English is amazing - put my Greek to shame!).

Whole experience from when we first arrived to the minute we left was outstanding in every way. Champagne on arrival, room was spacious , comfy and beautifully clean. Lovely toiletries, decent hairdryer, coffee machine and kettle with constant supplies and refills, complimentary bottle of wine, water and bowl of fruit ! Breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced. Choice was outstanding and beautifully presented .Mariana our waitress was absolutely brilliant ! Catered to our every need. Pools were gorgeous and everywhere was immaculately clean and tidy. No need to take towels as pool and beach towels were provided. All in all …..simply perfect ! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay such an enjoyable one !

Everything about our stay was lovely, me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The standard of hospitality is second to none, I have never been somewhere with such attentive staff, especially Savvas Papantoniou, who gave us a very warm welcome at breakfast, made us feel very welcome. Rena on the main bar as well was wonderful and makes excellent coffee. A big thank you to Mr. Eleftheropoulos, and everyone who works here, as someone who worked in hospitality I appreciate truly how much effort goes into making such a lovely experience. There’s also so much entertainment, whether you’re coming to relax or to have a good time, we’d highly recommend Atrium Palace. - Mr.Amos and Ms.Plummer

Well where do I start? My husband Steve and I were blown away by the staff at the hotel and I’m going to name a few who shone the most, but all the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you! Gabriella, the hidden angel, in charge of Guest welfare and services is incredible ❤️ Valentina in the dining room, polite, friendly and always remembered us, Beatrice in the bar, the cleaning ladies, entertainment crew we can go on….. I’m a stickler for consistency and I always say I won’t return somewhere in case I’m disappointed it won’t deliver again? Well, I met a lovely lady in the lift who said it was her 18th stay. “Are the standards the same” You bet they are! Rebooked for next year! Carol & Steve x

This hotel is exceptional we return to this hotel every year, the weather is perfect there is a choice of pools, evening entertainment every night, there is a mini disco for little ones as well as a kids club, it is a short walk on a tiled path to the beach, the whole hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the staff are fabulous and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, special mention to Savas, Pari, Beach, Anton and Nico.
