I don't understand why this hotel charge me an extra $19.52 per room?

很不錯的住宿體驗，下次還會光顧，有賓至如歸的感覺，衞生環境都是我喜歡的那種。 服務：態度也很好 設施：功能很全還是蠻舒服的

This motel was awesome. Our room was on the 4th and top floor right next to the elevator. We never heard the elevator at all. Room was so spacious and so was the bathroom. There was not a tub, just a roomy shower so that would be a question to ask if you have small children.

The rooms were very clean, receptionist was new but doing a great job! Breakfast wasn't fancy but a nice selection. Ceiling in the room was peeling a bit like it could use a little maintenance and there were cigarette butts in the hallways for some reason but that was the only little issues we noticed otherwise we were very happy!

The girls at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. Beds were great. Very clean. Will stay again.

Nothing I hate more than being charged a resort fee and then they don't clean your room. I got a text daily stating that they will only clean my room every three days. I needed to lay the garbage and towels outside my room for removal. Plus if I needed more towels I need to go to front desk. I stayed four days and not once did they clean room. Also the chair was all ripped and right next to the chair there was a bunch of glitter that has been there awhile

Room 211 was nice, but right next to the elevator. Very noisy late and early the next day. Fingerprints on the front of the door, might be bloody, not sure so took a pic.

The staff was very friendly, but the room was very dirty. There was hair all over the toilet seat And it was obvious that the cleaning staff only vacuum the bare minimum in the middle of the room. there was dirt and foreign objects all along the wall. Including several caps to shooter bottles.

I stopped here for one night on a road trip out west. The front desk assistant was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There were black spots all over the pillow cases, nail clippings all in the sink, and hair in the bed and around the toilet. I left very early the next morning.
