Property is nice for a simple inexpensive stay with no expectations. Front seat attendant was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was very good, the staff is wonderful and very friendly and kind.

This was a good one day stay. We were able to check in a few hours earlier than check-in time, that was a blessing! Friendly front desk staff. Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious, clean. Room had a fridge, microwave was in the hallway. Close to Ramstein Air Base. There is a car rental place right next door. Only things that weren't great (no fault of the hotel) the traffic was loud cause it was right out our window and the room was hot, no AC. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

was well received by Akbar, very polite and attentive. even though it was near 23.00pm. Room was clean and tidy, no aircon but had a ceiling fan which was fine. Breakfast was good and plentiful, all round good experiance, will stop again. Thank you.

Great Customer service. Very Professional. I arrived late at night because of train delays and the Hotel Representative was there, got me a room and I was able to rest after a long day trip. Excellent

The hotel and staff were very accommodating and professional on check in. The staff were very helpful, and suited the room to my needs. The rooms were very clean and were ready for guests. The parking was free, and very ample. The daily breakfast was exceptional. They had morning hours for service with hot (eggs, bacon,etc) as well as cold items. Very professional. I stayed for 2 nights, and they were very nice. When I return to Ramstien for business on base, I will stay here again.

Quick overnight stay when the Ramstein Inn on the airbase was full. Saved me $80 vs staying on post, and that's if you don't include the huge breakfast. Room was small and unimpressive, exactly suiting my needs. No more, no less. Cold when I arrived, but quickly warmed up with the dual heaters (on outside wall and in bathroom. My room had single bed, desk, TV w English and German channels, Huge shrank (closet) and another dresser. Bathroom had shower which while a little small worked well for pressure and temp. All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast did not include labelled GF options, but I was able to self-assemble a great selection of safe items and had no gluten issues. My window was huge, standard euro-style that opens to vent at the top or swing fully open. Looked out onto parking lot with forest beyond. Nice view of planes flying over. The attached "Restaurant" (based on view from the street) is actually only used as a breakfast room. It's plenty roomy and had a bright morning sun pouring in. With the strong coffee and 2-juice selection, a great place to start the day. Short bike ride from the base, a little long to walk. No nearby businesses to visit on foot.

Second time staying! Large room! Close to Ramstein AFB. The lower marking for cleanliness has nothing to do with our room! Room spotless. We couldn't see anything but there had to be some kind of construction going on because the stairs and check-in desk covered in dust. Parking is Free and Perfect! Thank You! (I think having to pay for parking is ridiculous) Tiny disappoint in breakfast. Never saw a person and we had to sit at a large table because all the smaller tables and some large were dirty.
