Staff was extremely helpful and attentive, especially when the tv in the room was being difficult.

I mentioned Netflix being out they said they were going to fix it the next day and didn’t. Even sent me a letter to beware someone would be there to fix it and no one showed. Not a terrible hotel just need to do what was said they were going to do! Internet was really slow and I had to use my hot spot but service wasn’t great either!

Very unsatisfied was totally satisfied with the room but as far as the service I will never stay there again. Was charged $300 for smoking fee and no one smoked in the room. There were people standing outside the entrance smoking as you enter their building so smoke is going to get on you. It is not a crime to smoke outside and then go into your room and lay down to go to sleep. Especially when you have employees smoking all over your property. Check the cameras.

Got to the hotel with my family only to find that one of the employees had switched my reservation that was already paid for to someone else name. The person was already in the room she continued to ask if I’m sure it was that location the manager seen it had been switched out and stated they had to accommodate me and my family after the other employee continued to say they were completely booked and no rooms available. They end up accommodating me by taking a room from a service member who was scheduled to check in and said they would worry when he got there. Horrible and shady business felt very uncomfortable. I received the how was your check in text while en route and ignored it thinking it was automated. Whole time someone was getting a free 2 night stay on my expense. Also housekeeping was complimentary by request only but the audacity to leave a gratuity envelope and they didn’t touch the room smh. The tv did not work said no internet access luckily my kids had their iPads. Felt like I was staying at the motel 6.

Our visit was very pleasant. Clean facility wit an attention to details. Services was excellent.

did not like that Sunday the restaurant was closed along with the bar! Other restraints around the city were also closed on Sunday night . Would of loved not having to go figure out where to eat and what is opened

For the price of the hotel it wasn’t a great experience. The front desk staff was not friendly. Breakfast was not included. Wouldn’t book again.
