This was the worst hotel. Within minutes (pool closed, smell of cigarettes, run down interior, stains on walls and bedding) it was evident that what was sold to me on ******* is not what I was buying. Their photos do not accurately portray their property. They are perpetuating fraud, and ******* is complicit by continuing to list them as a safe option for travelers. I believe they are generating fake reviews to keep their score higher. Given the horror stories among recent posts, I don’t believe it possible they could receive 5-star ratings. Their business model is “flypaper,” they catch a sucker in their trap, get your credit card at check-in, and enforce their no cancellation policy. *******, please investigate this business, and don’t let them take advantage of more people.

The hallway carpet new. The building looks new. The staff are friendly. Our room is small. There was hardly any room to move around. No coffee and coffee pot.

Heard tv talking from anointing room all night! Refrigerator noise was twice average level. Had to keep bathroom door closed because toilet tank water control assembly made dripping sounds.

Room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. I've stayed here twice and I've had no issues.

Nice hotel in an easy-to-access location. Close to downtown with nice views of the river. There is a great barbecue restaurant next to it. There was a large and loud party down the hall but I was far enough away that I could still rest.

The hotel is basic, comfortable, and convenient. The rate was reasonable, and the staff was friendly.

Hotel room is mid…. Got a creepy someone is watching you with camera vibes and the bed is AWFUL! Soooooo uncomfortable! Jacuzzi tub in the room is nice, room is huge and great for maybe a bday party or something if you’re a local.

For a hotel that is pet friendly you did not seem to have any close and safe places for the dogs to relieve themselves. We used the gravel portion of the parking lot with cars coming in and out

The hotel rooms need to be updated. Room was clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was as good. For the price everything was good.
