Really lovely hotel. Accommodation was immaculate. Couldn't believe how lovely the apartment was, it was so spacious and clean for the affordability of it. If you want something on the cheaper end that feels expensive definitely choose here. They sorted any issues we had, was really Accommodating to my fussy daughter as they love children there. The view was lovely, and the pool was definitely a highlight for my daughter! The food and cocktails are top notch! And it's only a 10 minute walk to the town, and a 15 minute walk to the beach, or if you wanted to, they have a free bus to take you there!

hotel was clean, modern rooms and spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. it was definitely worth what we paid for. the people staying at the hotel was a mix bag of people, we got friendly with a few holidaymakers and had a laugh. there were a few things that we personally did not like such as it was situated on a main road and there was a villa opposite which had a couple of dogs barking most of the day and night. not much around the hotel but the beach was a 10-15 walk and the uber taxis were dirt cheap to take you to different places. would go back if circumstances permit.

Review jumped from average to very good I would state it’s good so here is an honest review , we had a refurb room, lounge area has two very large couches which can sleep an adult or two kids easily, tv with many stations in all nationalities. Chair and tall lamp and console table , dining table and four chairs and a kitchenette area with hob , fridge with small freezer a kettle and microwave there was a toaster but the hold down button didn’t work so had to hold down no big deal but only one socket bit of a silly design the socket at side of wall near sink drainer which was as wide as a toaster so had to put microwave on drainer then lift off to put kettle or toaster back to use.)bedroom two singles console table and lamps bathroom bath shower sink and loo and balcony table and chairs quite narrow ,the railing was a silly design and all parties banged head on it apart from a few design issues totally fine

This is our 2nd visit but will always return every year from now. Like a home from home for us. Staff always remember you from previous trips with a warm smile and always willing to help . Only thing that let’s hotel down are some of the other guests who treat staff like personal slaves. But that’s a sign of the times unfortunately. Can’t wait to return next year

The sc appartments simply home from home. Toaster tv with english channels.fine balcony with view to suspension bridge over arade river.complex boasts pool a bar a jacquzzi.staff friendly and helpful.excellent base for exploring praia da vau portimao and praia da rocha.

Hotel is okay. Had no running hot water after the first day, so had to use a friend's apartment just to shower. Prices for food/drink are somewhat reasonable. Overall, probably nicer self catering places you can stay. Think we had the worst view of the whole apartment block overlooking derelict buildings with constant work happening, so didn't feel comfortable sitting on the balcony, not that any sun even reached our balcony. Could definitely be cleaner as well.
