Average hotel. Breakfast was good. Our room was clean except for the bathroom which looked like it was not swept.

Asked the front desk if housekeeping would clean my room without prompting and was told yes by the housekeeping manager but my room didn’t end up getting cleaned. Just went with fresh towels.

The hotel was great ! Breakfast was good, with choices for everyone, and the lounge area where breakfast was held was clean, bright and spacious .
My only complaint would be that both my wife and I like a flat pillow for sleeping, and all the pillows in the room were large.

The pool and hot tub water was in poor condition. Everyone at the hotel complained about it. Everyone had itchy skin after using the pool. The hot tub was closed down on our second day. Our room didn’t have heat the 1st day and then they “fixed” it on day two but then it was too hot. None of the controls worked on the air unit so I had to unplug it to help cool the room down

My cousin and I met in Portage to spend the weekend and catch up. The staff were ALL so friendly right from entry into the hotel and helpful through out our two night stay. Pool area was clean and bright. Rooms were clean, beds were sooo comfortable, and the main lobby area had a very aesthetically pleasing welcome. Things I would wish for: breakfast was 6-9 am. We were there for a relaxing weekend so slept in until 9 am. 10 am would have been easier for us to get to breakfast. There was only one chair in the room. I had a lawn chair in my car so I just brought in for visiting times. I didn’t ask staff for a second chair but I am sure if I had asked they would have attempted to accommodate us. All in all…I would definitely book again! Thank you!

The Inn is relatively new and in excellent shape. The rooms are a decent size and beds are comfortable. The front desk staff are outstanding!
