I loved the staff Naomi & Perle were excellent . The area is noisy; loud cars& motorcycle noise all night. If you like a tub bath , then this is excellent, but there was no shower. The room was described online to have a King size bed and a twin futon for the convenience of the two travellers…,, there was no twin futon.
The building has old charm. Breakfast was good.
I was told it was the only hotel in Pointe a Pitre , which must account for why it is overpriced.

Breakfast and service was excellent. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Downside is that it was a bit noisy at all hours, given the location. It is a somewhat rough area, but this is a diamond in the rough and there are signs of redevelopment in the area. Perfect spot for the tail end of a visit to Guadeloupe, as it is proximate to the airport (11 minute drive). We would go back.

Nous avons réservé la chambre ( la Parenthèse ) pour une nuit un dimanche soir . Bon accueil , belle maison . Très cher pour les prestations proposées , deux volets sur trois ne ferment pas sur le balcon côté rue au 1 étage , pas de mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre . Et le rooftop proposé sur leur site était fermé ce soir là !! Nous devions partir à 7 h le lendemain pour trois rivières et le petit déjeuner débute à 7 h . La jeune femme à l’accueil nous a proposé gentiment de le préparer pour 6h45 . Seulement elle est arrivé à 7 h au moment où l’on quittait l’hôtel du coup c’était raté . Quel dommage et gâchis

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans cet hôtel car nous étions en transit à la Guadeloupe. L’accueil était soigné, l’hôtel avait réservé le transfert depuis l’aéroport. L’établissement est intimiste, situé en plein centre historique et à proximité du port. La chambre était très propre et bien agencée. L’établissement possède un toit terrasse avec un bar. Le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins. Nous partions tôt le lendemain et nous avons eu un petit panier avec notre petit déjeuner….un pur délice.

Maison Victoire, une expérience mitigée un hôtel créée il y a seulement 7 mois une Maison des années 1930 rénover entièrement pour accueillir 5 chambres d'hôtel. Une décoration exemplaire ainsi que le personnel ultra sympathique et accueillant. Cependant la localisation de l'hôtel est très très bruillant une insonorisation médiocre une absence totale de fenestration avec une vue sur des immeubles abandonné en ruine ainsi qu'un bain sur pied très endommagé et disfonctionnel. Du fait que l'hôtel est existant depuis peu certains chauffeurs de taxi ne savent pas où se situe l'hôtel ceci est très difficile à trouver.... Et le prix est très cher pour la qualité de sommeil, à partir de 23h00 aucun employé de l'hôtel n'est à disposition nous sommes seulement les 5 personnes réside dans les différentes chambres en cas de problème ceci n'est pas sécuritair!!

Le plus bel hôtel de Pointe à Pitre ! Une décoration raffinée, un accueil chaleureux et professionnel. J'ai pu profiter de la ravissante chambre nommée l'Envolée, spacieuse, et très confortable. Une établissement de grande qualité ! Je recommande les yeux fermés, et y retournerais sans hésiter! De plus, cette belle maison se trouve à quelques pas du lieu d'embarquement des croisières.
