Really enjoyed my stay here - spacious room with great lighting, aircon and plenty of amenities. They also offer free shuttle drop off/pickups within 3km including Bang Tao beach which is really neat. The staff are also very helpful and friendly :)

Floor is cracked. The room amenities were scarce. The best thing about it was the staff. Friendly and helpful. Compare this hotel to the standards of bangkok. It is not good value. Im not that familiar with Phuket though.

Good room, good service, good cleaning, good location, good people

Everything was fine. Just one big NO: i don't how is it on the another floors but in the room on the top floor, the noise and vibration of the something(don't know) running on the roof are very noisy. Every few seconds there is a sound of some device turning on. It is impossible to sleep peacefully.

have stayed here a few times and love it! just rebooked to stay through the new year. Rooms are very spacious and very comfortable bed! nice kitchen! only think i would ding them on is the TV is small and almost no foreign channels but i don't use it much anyway. staff are wonderful and so friendly and helpful! highly recommended!

A nice hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and neat, but a bit far from the beach. The swimming pool is a great plus tho.

The hotel is ok, a bit far away from what i like to consider the center of Bangtao ( boat aveneu), but you rent a bike at the hotel its great to explore Bangtao as well as the rest of Phuket. If you plan to go to the beach often i would say this hotel is not ideal for you, also if you plan to train in Bangtao Muay thai and MMA the best option is to find a place right next to the gym or closer to the gym. overall the hotel is okay, it just depends on what you plan to do in Phuket.
