You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde, personale molto cordiale e gentile che cerca di soddisfare ogni bisogno. Molte zanzare e insetti presenti, munitevi di antizanzare. Posto incantevole.

Our recent stay at Zeavola hotel was a downright debacle. The unwelcome rat cohabiting in our room (eating through our zip-locked fruit bars and pooping in our clothes and luggage) turned what was supposed to be a tranquil experience into an episode of restlessness and discomfort—qualities I never expected from a so-called luxury hotel (we booked the seafront villa $500 per night!- added receipt for reference!!!!!). Upon alerting the staff, we were initially ignored and then after another night of sleeplessness they finally moved us to a new room, hoping for solace, but optimism quickly dissipated as we encountered a persistently clogged shower drain. A rat, plumbing issues, and ongoing maintenance problems torpedoed any semblance of quality in our stay, prompting us to question the hotel's credibility in living up to its luxury claims. The culinary charade presented as dinner failed spectacularly, with an exorbitant price tag (990 baht per person) not justifying the lackluster food quality. To add to the agony, the mini bar transformed into an ant-infested haven, an absurd oversight that compromised hygiene and further eroded my faith in the hotel's attention to detail. In retrospect, the trifecta of a rat infestation, a chronically obstructed shower, a culinary disaster, and an ant-infested mini bar desecrated what could have been a luxurious stay. These calamities solidify my stance against recommending this purported upscale haven. Adding insult to injury, the hotel's secluded location forced us into gastronomic captivity with meals that bordered on extortion. A crucial tip: avoid booking anything through the hotel, as they shamelessly inflate prices. The audacious pricing practices, like demanding 2200 baht per person for a speed boat back to Krabi, exposed the hotel's unwarranted profiteering (we booked the EXACT same boat ride that includes ground transportation for 1800 baht pp). Zeavola, you've not only fallen short—you've become the epitome of hospitality gone awry.

很多人的服務都很好，但是偶發事件會破壞大家的辛勤服務，入住一定要留意是否有個布包，我結賬就碰到説布包沒了，但是進房後就沒有呢？ 進每個度假村房間都要問清楚是否有包，這種故事總是發生在很多客人身上

Mooi resort maar er is niet veel te doen in de buurt! Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Huisjes staan in de natuur dus ze zitten vol muggen. Zorg dat je muggenspray bij je hebt! Ik heb heel veel beten opgelopen! Niet fijn. Als je van rust houdt zit je hier goed

12年前來過，現在來依然覺得非常好，工作人員很親切很熱情，酒店配備很齊全，出海酒店有安排，快艇小哥哥人很nice，帶小朋友住酒店首選，安靜舒適

這就是我苦苦尋覓的小木屋。小木屋功能非常齊全，出門兩分鐘就是私人果凍海，岸邊能用普通眼鏡浮潛看到小小的🐟。晚上沿着海灘往右面走，十分鐘左右走過其他的酒店和燒烤攤會遇見小碼頭，有長尾船主等客人，我們1600泰銖包了第二天上午的四小時出海浮潛，比酒店的便宜。安全下車。早餐是自助+點單，自助部分一般，點單還有日式和印度的，我點了泰式拼盤沒吃完太多了。海灘右邊的燒烤攤有個巨小的超市可以買一些基本用品。退房的時候把3000泰銖按金給忘了，回曼谷才想起來。用郵件和經理溝通，順利在回國之前拿回了現金（令人驚訝的泰式服務），感謝！！！十分推薦！！可以沖！！！

Sin lugar a dudas es un Hotel de lujo, un auténtico paraíso y un servicio de personal que te proporciona y ayuda en cualquier cuestión. Han sido unos días fantásticos.
