サンバンク ハウス ホテル(Sunbank House Metro Hotel)

The hotel is really nice and overlooks Perth and only about a 10-15 minute walk into town and seems to be on a bus route for those without a car. The garden is nice and it would lovely to sit outside on a warm night to take in the view. The room we had was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the duvet nice and warm, the bathroom had an excellent shower as well. The owners and staff were all really nice and helpful. The breakfast was perfect with the best porridge I've had in many years and then to get Stornoway black pudding with my cooked breakfast is just perfection. It was fairly priced and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Lovely clean, well maintained house in a beautiful location with good parking at back. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. All that was missing was an en-suite bathroom. I had to share a bathroom. However, I didn't have to wait long and the bathroom was spotless. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice as was the coffee. The house sits in a beautiful garden and the views at breakfast were great.

The service from reception to breakfast was first rate. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the city centre and just a few minutes from the motorway, which gives quick access to either trips up North or South. Close to scenery and places of historical interest

Second time here and every bit as good as first rooms very clean breakfast delicious and only a 10 minute walk to city centre I also broke a lamp ( so so sorry ) but Finlay the host was so nice about it also recommended a lovely place for a lovely meal cheers we will defo return to this wee gem of a hotel

The location was about a 15 minute walk from Perth city centre. There were many restaurants in the city centre. The breakfast was very good.

Absolutely fantastic stay yet again this is our 3rd stay and we just love it. The place is so well kept its clean,comfortable and full of character. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Finlay is a fantastic host so friendly. Its in a great location just a 10 minute walk to the main centre of Perth. There is free car parking facilities with plenty of spaces at the back of the hotel. If your travelling to Perth i highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed.

Stopped here for one night whilst travelling with family. Lovely place, would definitely stay again. The breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. The whole place was very clean. There was a bar so we could have a drink. Very close to local facilities.

We stayed for one night to break up holiday travel. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived & the family room had everything we needed. You order breakfast the night before, very good selection and all our breakfasts were delicious. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but it's an easy walk into town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would recommend 👌

We’ve been meaning to try the Sunbank for some time for a staycation and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely warm welcome and a very generously sized room for us to enjoy. Easily one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in and the decor is classic yet contemporary in its design. Staff were very helpful with any needs we had. We had an issue with one of the lightbulbs which was swiftly addressed. Food absolutely first class and some of the best I’ve eaten for a while. Will certainly come back here again for a little staycation!
