Love Perth . Everything is excellent, but no elevator

Was a god send stopping here. The first impression was that this hotel is looked after and kept clean, which it was from the reception door to inside of the room. Had to call a couple of times before we got there and the lady on the phone just could not do enough for us. When we finally made it to the hotel was greeted with a nice pleasant smile from a pleasant member of staff who again just couldn't do enough for us. The reception and corridor was absolutely spotless as well as the bedroom. The bedroom was quiet and spacious and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. Would seriously recommend stopping here again and thank you for making it a pleasant stopover.

For the money it was a great overnight stay on our journey from Derbyshire to Thurso. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious and quiet, and the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful! Having decaf tea and coffee is the only request we have for improvements. The hotel is right next door to a wonderful pub and near to Tesco where we had a coffee and pastry the next morning. Recommended stopover.

Zero Sleep Uncomfortable bed Window wouldn't shut Duvet was thin and stained badly The noise from other guests meant I got zero sleep Zero phone signal Shower was useless Receptionist was happy and helpful but other than this good point every other aspect was totally rubbish

Easy accessible from the A9 going south, good to have a pub just across from us so we could get a drink.

We chose the hotel as it is just off the A9, easy to find and Perth town centre is only a short bus or car ride away. We had a couple of minute's wait before the friendly and helpful receptionist arrived to book us in. The room looked like it had been refurbished recently and was spotless. The shower was great and we enjoyed a good meal at the neighbouring Glovers Arms. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We would return.

It's basic and clean. Thats about all i can say about it. Staff were ok until i suggested they make it clear before booking that Wi-Fi needs to be paid for over 30 mins. I was told that she didn't make the rules. Not very helpful. Very overpriced for what it is.

Neat, clean and quiet. Very well situated with all kinds of amenities close by. Staff were super friendly and organised. All kinds of shopping near by, as well as restaurants and cafes. Lots of parking, walks and a castle within easy distance. Will definitely be back.

Brea , The really good 😌 looking receptionist , was so helpful , I would give her 10 out of ten , she is a real credit to your company .so smart and personable. Deserves some recognition..
