We paid 2600€ for our stay and received a dirty unhygienic room with many aesthetic as well as hygienic issues and also one safety issue (electric kettle issue). Rust in the living room and bathroom (decorations, sink, bathtub), cracks in the wall, wall paint falling off, carpet full of stains, beach towel inside apar**ents AC shaft, lying relations manager who instead of solving reported issues said we should seek his assistance the next day even though he knew he had vacation on that day so we won't be able to reach out to him. After hard struggle, lots of nerves and two days, they agreed to change the room for a cleaner one even though they claimed first that they are fully booked for the whole week and I was able to make a new reservation through their webpage (simply lying and unfriendly staff). Food was very disappointing as there was every morning the same kind of food for breakfast, same food for every lunch and same food for every dinner. Yes you can eat how much you want, but imagine to eat 7 days straight the same stuff. The absolute disrespect towards us as a customer was a situation when we arrived at our apar**ent after 8PM and we found our entrance door open, we've been shocked that there's some robbery taking place, but when we entered the apar**ent, there was a maintenance personnel who was doing something with the wall plug and could not speak English thus we couldn't find out what was going on and why is he even there. After we arrived he just packed his toolbox and said the word "Problem" and took off. We immediately contacted the receptionist about the situation and they declined to provide any information/reason why was the maintenance personnel in our apar**ent or what was the problem. We just have to believe our personal stuff wasn't touched or stolen, but our privacy was definitely violated. Absolutely NOT worth 5* and definitely not worth the money, one of the worst vacations you can buy and worst Aldemar resorts so far.
