オテル トゥジュール & スパ(Hôtel Toujours & Spa)

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Toujours. I booked two rooms with Spa access for 4 nights. The rooms were immaculate and each have a contemporary neutral design. Breakfast was delicious, I indulged in the fresh French pastries, cheese, yoghurt and great coffee to start your day. The location is very convenient; minutes walk to the metro station and bus ** stops outside the door. The hotel is small and cosy with a boutique Parisian feel. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our check-in was terrible, spent almost 30 minutes checking in. 2 ladies served us, the older female employee was very rude while the younger one was the complete opposite, very polite and friendly. Older lady seemed very pretentious as well, you could see that her tone was a little sarcastic. We booked via the hotel website but it got cancelled as the hotel's payment system couldn't take our payment. Hence we booked on trip.com instead. The hotel's internal system wasn't great hence it still recognised two bookings even though the cancellation via the hotel directly was being sent to my email which I showed to her. She put the blame on us for booking via two systems when obviously the hotel's system was faulty. Also, no email was being sent to us regarding pre-booking the swimming pool pre-trip - we wanted to book it on the spot and she again blamed us for not knowing that. Anyways the younger lady made it much better and was extremely hospitable.

Location was perfect!!! Walking distance to Arc De Triumph and metro. Room was clean, however smaller than expected, without space to open luggage on the floor. Service was exceptional. 2 supermarkets within walking distance as well.

Upon check in I had checked with the staff if ******* had been paid and they were adamant that ******* had not been paid . I asked a few times but they refused to accept I had already paid *******. This became a duplicated booking as the Hotel took payment from me upon check out. Trying to get my funds returned and clarification from ******* was an awful experience. I was left short changed as the Hotel had returned me there cost and I ended paying the Higher ******* cost. There was a poor compensation of points and I was overall short of around 72 euros because of the Hotel Manager failure and ******* reluctance to refund me the difference.

I had the best stay at Hotel Toujours. The spa was incredible & the hotel itself was very clean. Close to the metro which was convenient and the staff was so nice. Breakfast tasted amazing as well! I would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely hotel and the entire staff was pleasant and courteous. Our room was very clean and had a nice amount of room. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi, the sauna and the little bar area. I would definitely stay here again!

We had the most magical stay. The spa is gorgeous and very relaxing, the location is fantastic and the breakfast was wonderful. Dreaming about our next trip to Paris!

Lovely boutique hotel with lots of food options within walking distance. The staff were mostly friendly, especially front desk staff who were very helpful.
