非常驚艷的寶藏酒店 距離市中心商場3分鐘 來了絕不後悔

I booked Hotel Summum as surprise for my husband on our anniversary and was delighted to find the best hotel in Palma. We loved the design of this restored palace which has retained it’s historic character whilst offering every modern comfort. The junior suite we stayed in has high ceilings and 2 balconies overlooking a quiet street. The room was very bright and airy. The large comfortable bed had the finest Egyption cotton sheets, a dream to sleep in. We loved the free private spa which was very relaxing after a day’s sightseeing and also very romantic 🥰. We did not use the private sun terrace. The breakfast is of a high quality but with fewer options than most hotels, we prefer quality to quantity. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the team gave us some very good recommendations,our favourite restaurant is C’an Toni which serves traditional dishes. The hotel team are the jewels in the crown of this hotel,very professional and friendly,this was across all areas not just the front line team. We appreciated the warm welcome and the detailed information on the hotel and it’s services. We will return very soon. Saludos

Blissful 2 nights away in the absolutely stunning Paretti suite. Most symptuous bed I’ve ever slept in and loved the whole decor of this hotel. Thank you so much to the Summum team for the most wonderful stay. The team go out of their way to make it extra special with the warm welcome and extra personal touches. My 8 year old son absolutely loved the cowboy hat! “Best hotel ever” in his words. I completely agree with him. Memories created that will last a lifetime. I hope to return next year! We are just back from a 3 night stay at the hotel. The stay could not have been better. The hotel has real character with the building dating from 1874. The renovation was to the highest standard retaining much of the original character. The room was very spacious, immaculately clean and benefited from nice touches such as a sun hat, magazines etc The staff made us very welcome right from our arrival. They provided a list of recommended restaurants and booked two of them for us along with taxi’s. The restaurants were first class. The hotel location is excellent, set back from the city centre in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the key attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel and will definitely return. The team were great, they made us feel so welcome. The accommodation had everything you could need and is in an ideal location, so central, and convenient for everything, but in a quiet street. I can’t recommend it enough, superb.

I felt like royalty staying at the Summum hotel. The service was truly impeccable. The hotel and the room were a work of art. The location is probably the best in Palma, it’s very central and a walkable distance from all restaurants, stores, and sightseeing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!

What a wonderful place, we could not fault anything, beautiful hotel, lovely location, wonderful staff who could not do enough for us, it’s the nicest place we ve stayed. The room was lovely and bed and pillows so comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent and friendly service. Highly recommended. We had a premium room, a bit larger than standard. Plenty of space and a really comfortable bed. We had an early departure and so got breakfast in our room. Comfortable lounge areas and a great location right in the centre of Palma.

The staff was incredibly helpful and provided amazing service - from restaurant recommendations to walking w us to the ATM to problem solve. The room was wonderful. We walked to a local bakery every morning for cappuccinos and croissants.
