オーセージ ビレッジ イン(Osage Village Inn)

The staff is wonderful. However, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, BUT the desk clerk noticed it right away and sent me to another room. Their website still advertises continental breakfast, which is no longer available.

They are remodeling which is ok, the homeless guy living in the hallway was unusual but he was nice.

Don't think upgrades have ever been done here. Jacuzzi tub and shower are stained. Smells musty...even my luggage did when i got home. Wasn't worth $85. Would not stay here again. There was someone's hair in the bed.

We were in a spacious clean room for a great rate. The gals working the desk were great at making recommendations for dinner and breastfast!

Do not waste your time. The staff was not friendly. Outside doors. Very dated. No breakfast. Not accommodating to disabled people. This hotel cares more about the money than it does about the disabled. Beware about this establishment. Just being honest.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk lady was super nice. Condition of hotel is average. It's very dated and seems to be going down hill since last time I stayed here years ago. It was clean enough but definitely had some issues. We got a Jacuzzi tub room, but there was no stopper for the drain and it was after hours by the time we figured that out- so it was useless to us. Bed was pretty saggy and uncomfortable. Room had a very smoky musty smell and toilet clogged the first time it was flushed (without even having TP in it yet.) My guess is that this place is barely hanging on now that the outlet mall that used to be next door is gone. This used to be a great place when it was the hotel to stay in next to a thriving shopping meca. Sadly, not so much now. Served its purpose, but nothing more.

Parking was convenient! But no continental breakfast! No ice, no offer to freshen room with multi nite stay

Breakfast is not included or available! Pool was closed Sept. 30 although it was nearly 100 degrees outside. Both ice makers were broken Rooms are very musty smelling - we went and bought some air freshener for the room. Front desk doesn't open until 7AM - I had planned to use the lobby microwave but the lobby was locked and dark at 6:30 AM. When I called we were told to leave the key outside by the front door which seemed very unsafe to me. Lots of noise due to a group of (evidently unsupervised?) kids/teens above us. I called at midnight after 3 hours of waiting for it to settle down. Staff took care of the problem promptly. I wish I had called sooner! Hotel was fine - comfy and clean. We were looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night and got it. All the inconveniences make me think that I would have paid a little extra to stay somewhere with more convenient hours, a pool, and breakfast.

They tried to over charge us during our stay. There was no microwave. Only thing nice was the area it was at.
