So the receptionist was awesome.  Though the first room was not clean, and the beds were obviously slept in he did find us another one. Besides him this hotel sucks. Yes, of course most hotels require. A deposit fee, but this one kept it trying to say that I won’t get my deposit back because they say I checked out late which I did not. The most frustrating part about that is nowhere in the policies. Does it say they can keep my money if I check out late. Be careful with your deposit. 

I love my stay here! My clean was clean, food was delish, and location is superb! It's near Uuniversal Studios

I wish I took pictures but I was so horrified I could not. This is not a hotel, it's a roach motel. It's not suitable to families. It's a very dodgy area. We were afraid to even step out. It's really just off international drive but the area is pretty sketchy. It's in the same league as Econo Lodge. We booked the room based on the picture but beware, this picture is not the same as the motel. It is very misleading. And a 'breakfast' was included but it was literally a section in the shop with bran flakes in a container and disposable bowls. I was shocked. The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting and stunk of ****. The second room was apparently one of their better rooms and though it didn't stink, the bathroom was absolutely putrid. They even had two very disgusting bath mats in the shower which I swear was black underneath. Do not stay here. There were dodgy people all over the hotel. I don't think we were the only ones caught by this fraudulent 'hotel'. We paid over around $110 for this room. I will never stay at a Wyndham again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The room was smelly, the towels and rags did not smell clean and fresh. The bathroom is very old, it had a handicap seat in the shower with 2 blue towels. Everything needs to be updated, even the shower curtain.

I have complained about this several times but I will try to be brief. We found roaches, stains on sheets and towels, the beds were cheap and the shower head was broken. We did not get room service because we apparently had to request it and we did not know that and when I called and complained about all of this, no one made any moves to make sure the problem was resolved. I got back to the hotel and nothing was done and then the maintenance guy came after i called at 10:30 at night to fix the shower head the next day. I called about this the same night i checked in. I checked out a little while after they fixed the shower head because I refused to deal with this any longer. Super let down by this experience. I have a video of the stained sheets but it did not let me post it

The property in itself is a little bit rundown but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It served its purpose. Staff was really friendly. Outside it does not say much but the location was good.
