Property was very nice and the pool was wonderful. We had a two bedroom suite and it was very well laid out and appointed. The rooms could do with a little upgrade but overall a very nice stay

The location is excellent but the property is pretty dated and the rooms are run down. Little things like the toaster was broken, the towels were small and old, the carpets and furniture is very well worn and it had a strange smell. It was nice having a kitchen and two bedrooms.

The room smelled bad and several things were broken. Checkin was at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready despite getting there close to 5pm.

We enjoy this resort and the area. It is within walking distances to many restaurants and Downtown disney and has a grocery store just down the street. We like the space the resort offers with a separate bedroom and bathroom for the children and a livingroom and kitchen for our relaxing days. Unfortunately, the resort is beginning to fall apart. The hot tub was not working for the first 4 days of our holidays and bleached out our bathing suits when we did use it. The dresser drawers in both the master room and the kids room did not work (more than one). The housekeeping service did not consistently pick up the garbage on the specified days and we had to request pick-up. The breakfast service only had one poor gentleman who was doing everything, the breakfast orders as well as the specialty coffees which made for quite a wait in the morning when you wanted to start your day. This is not the experience we have had previously at the resort but like the space so will likely return and hope that things improve.

First room assigned had a very strong odor of cleaning products. Being sensitive to scents I could not stay in that room. Thankfully the staff found us a new room that was much better and on the main level. With us being seniors it was difficult to climb 2 flights of stairs to the first assigned room with our luggage.

We left this place with mixed feelings. We booked a two bedroom suite and the space was sufficient. Living room and kitchen comfortable. However, the hotel is pretty old and needs (really needs) a renovation. The carpet smells and furniture, curtains and bathrooms are pretty outdated. We were surprised by the parking fee of the hotel, and also by the service ( or lack thereof) overall. Housekeeping is offered only once per week! When we checked out and asked whether we could have 20 minutes extra to pack up, the front desk personal was noticeably displeased. We don’t think that we will return to this place, especially since many hotels are around and other hotels do offer better rewards programs.

Great location if you’re going to Disney World. Excellent for family of five. Convenient for shopping and all sorts of restaurants. Worth the money spent.

For location alone, this property is well worth this day. It is also very quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Sadly, the units aren’t kept up to the standards they should be… Broken windows, missing windows, screens, one of the tubs was backed up with water in it over an inch deep… The overall cleanliness in the room was poor.

Beautiful property. A little dated but well maintained. Excellent area with lots of dining options. Beautiful pool area and the front desk night staff was exceptional.
