Worst customer Service and worst Manager. Don't ever book this hotel. it's not family-friendly. The staff and manager are very rude and they don't provide courtesy water also I do not recommend this hotel at all. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY IN THIS HOTEL

For a new hotel I felt that the beds were horrible. Super hard and they had no topper to soften the bed. Also, pillows were like plastic airbags. Breakfast was standard. For $300 a night the beds should be comfortable so I felt it wasn’t worth it. Great location near the usta campus.

The layout of the area made it easy to navigate. I usually use my GPS everywhere. But I didn’t need it!

I can’t stay enough wonderful things about this new hotel. I have allergies and had a few conversations before my arrival. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. After all my planning, the day before I was to arrive, I tested positive for Covid and sadly had to cancel. I cancelled thru the Hilton App because it was the fastest easiest and I wasn’t feeling well. Can you imagine, the assistant manager called from the hotel the day I was suppose to arrive to see if I was ok when she saw my reservation cancelled !! My daughter and son in law still went (since we were attending my nieces wedding ) and they raved about the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spot perfect clean. They thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and the gym. And plenty of parking, and close to wonderful restaurants and a Publix supermarket ! A huge shout out to Chris the General Manager and his entire staff. Looking forward to rescheduling my trip.

This is located near food and shopping, yet it is a quiet property. The room was clean and orderly.

The main reason we booked the hotel is due to it claims having a "full-kitchen". It also officially says "we have portable cooktop with skilletS". To our disbelief, the only cookware is a tiny skillet (6-inch?). It does not have any cooking pot. We cannot even boil an egg or cook pasta. I had to head to the store to buy a cooking pot and a normal pan.

Perfect place to stay, super clean, nicely appointed, great breakfast, breakfast room large, well lit and comfortable .Entire staff welcoming and attentive. Will definitely return! Wi
