Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Waterways

Everything fine except for the check in. Hotel insisted that the rooms had not been paid for in advance and that to gain access i would have to pay at the desk I have therefore paid twice for the same booking I have tried Premier Inns complaints line but end up in an endless wild goose chase and no help

Had a very pleasant stay in a lovely room with everything I needed at a very reasonable price. Parking was available and not expensive.

At check-in, ask for a room away from the A3400 main road. Traffic noise from 05:15 onward on the weekday I stayed.

We chose this Premier Inn as it is very close to the station. 10 minute walk. We had a very helpful man at check in who was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The walk to the theatre took about 20 minutes and the walk back after the performance was pleasant and well lit. There was good quality linen on the bed which was comfortable so we had a very good night’s sleep and a short walk to the station the following day.

The Premier Inn Waterways in Stratford Upon Avon was perfect. The hotel was spotless, the rooms we were comfortable and met our needs. The staff were helpful, friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was superb. The location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although the hotels website said there was no parking on site , When we arrived we found a large amount of car parking on site mainly near to the canal . I reported this to the receptionist ,Owen ,who was very helpful, he told me it had been reported to head office and that they were working on it ,I also made him aware of the link that suggested the nearest parking was in Chester !. He explained the system for car parking £5.50 for 24 hrs if you are a guest and pay when you leave ,after you have collected your voucher from reception on your check out day. I asked if it was possible to have a 2nd room key as I am up early ,my wife likes a lay in , It was no problem . With the canal just outside the hotel , you can and we did walk into the town it takes about 15 mins . On the last day I had a full English breakfast ,£10.50 It was super. Room was good ,extra pillows ,tea and coffee in the room .Good shower,

have frequently used premier inn but this time the website booked me for the same day instead of tomorrow due to tomorrow being fully booked ( heard this from the hotel reception in the background whilst on the phone), asked them to change the booking to their other hotel about half a mile away and was told they would not and would not refund either, did not seem interested in helping me at all, not the standard of service i have experienced in the past.

The hotel provided everything we needed for our night's stay in Stratford-upon-Avon. The location makes it very easy to walk into the centre of town for restaurants, tourist attractions etc, and we had an extremely comfortable stay in a premier plus room - spacious, clean, quiet, well equipped with great lighting, mirrors, shower, charging points etc. Tea and coffee provided, and breakfast was fine - good value overall. My one small complaint was that the hotel seemed a little understaffed during check-in on Saturday afternoon so there was a bit of a wait.

The best I’ve stayed in. Room was spotless, seemed new (114). Lovely view of the river. Shower and bath which is a huge bonus for me. Bed was a decent size and very comfortable. Parking a reasonable £5.50 and a few minutes walk into the town with a McDonald’s next door if you want a cheaper breakfast than the Buffett offering. One small feedback from a customer point of view is that it’s advertised as parking first come first served so I was a bit worried. It transpires that you can park for 24 hours as a non guest for £6. I think it should be higher as really guests should take priority in been able to park there. Would return
