ミリング ホテル アンスガー(Milling Hotel Ansgar)

前台人員很Nice，酒店的設施舊了一點，特別是酒店門口有台階，大行李搬上去有點吃力

Hotel is 10 mins walk from train station. You can walk to the tourist destination. Rooms are comfortable and of good size. Has no kettle or fridge. Has no air cond but has a fridge of it is hot. Good breakfast.

Positive things: Location is good. Breakfast was good. Negative things: The hotel are extremely load. You can hear everything that goes on in the other rooms- including in the toilets! It’s super wierd, that there’s no hand-soap in the bathroom. We travelled with our 11 month old son, and the hotel is not very baby friendly. It’s the second time we live on a Milling Hotel (last time was at Winston), and both times they forgot that we booked a baby crib. The first time on Winstor, there were no available cribs when we arrived, so our son had to sleep in our bed. This time on Ansgar, they also forgot, when I called the front desk to confirm the baby crib a couple of hours before check in. Fortunately there was an available crib this time. The hallway and floors above and underneath us were so load, that our son kept waking up, although he normally sleeps from everything. Would NOT recommend Milling Ansgar.

OMG! Signe, the receptionist/bartender/concierge was WONDERFUL! One of our party decided to check out the train station, a 5 minute walk from the hotel, at 10PM. Signe gave her a map and directions. After an hour Signe offered to go search for our comrade when she got off, at 11pm. 10 minutes later she appeared back at the hotel with our slightly frantic, lost friend! We were SO relieved!

Excellent location, good value for money with the breakfast buffet.

Rooms very run down and Moldy - we had two rooms. Room smelled - seemed to be from the sewage . Bed very lumpy

We found hotel dirty and the last day breakfast was insufficient

They gave me a room with a terrible cleaning chemicals smell. When I opened the window, it was just in front of the trash containers, at pavement level. Lot of noise in the morning, in addition to the inconvenience. To be avoided at all cost.
