ホテル ラ ヴィラ ニース プロムナード(Hotel la Villa Nice Promenade)

It is very nice accommodation.

I was delighted to stay at this completely charming hotel. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, the location is convenient to the beach and train, and it has a comfortable bed with the softest sheets in any hotel or bnb.

I would not stay here again. The room we booked was on the ground floor (somehow I must have booked this by mistake) but in my opinion it shouldn’t even be given as a guest room option. So loud from the room above and the street noise as well as the lobby. There is no parking unless you reserve in advance which isn’t the biggest deal as there is public parking down the road, but the staff acted as I was offensive to even show up expecting to park. The office manager was helpful enough but overall felt an edge from the staff I encountered like they were the typical “annoyed at tourists” and I didn’t get a good feeling.

We enjoyed our stay, property is a block from the beach with easy access to the promenade. Staff were helpful in arranging car service to airport. Nice is a very walkable city and most destinations are a 15-20 min walk from the property. Location was great with a small supermarket across the street. We would definitely recommend.

This is not a 4-star hotel for sure. It’s absolutely mediocre: the mattress was cheap and on a soft side, the room looked somewhat put together. As an example: the shower glass door opens directly into the sink; the blowdryer cord is about 2 feet long and does not reach any mirror - so use your imagination, and so on… Bot the worst but definitely would not stay here again

Hotel is very nice located. Less then 5 mins to the beach. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was with enough choices and also possible to eat outside. For parking, reservation needs to be done beforehand but it was easy and the parking is directly in front of the building. There were only two things that were a bit bothering. First, the bed was a bit small and second the bathroom door was not closing completely because of how it is designed.

The Villa Nice Promenade was quite a nice find. The hotel was quaint, nicely decorated, near shopping, dining options, the beach and historical sites. The staff was superb with the EXCEPTION of the lobby manager. His curt, unfriendly manner was evident he didn’t like Americans. However, Cristiano, Vasco, and the young lady at the lobby counter were outstanding.

La Villa was an exceptional find. It’s quaint, clean, modern and close to shopping, dining and the beach. Most staff members were super friendly and service oriented. However, the lobby manager was arrogant and not nice. I found him to be unfriendly.
